The Three Cs!
We offer workshops, training and coaching for improved communication, both online and face-to-face. We can also explore a hybrid approach to communication with you, which makes the best of your in-person and virtual interactions. Story is at the heart of what we do. We help you give clear and impactful messages to reach the people who are most important to you. Communication
Consultation
Our carefully curated training and development projects are bespoke, made for and with you.
We provide research-based and inclusive approaches to training and project development. We will help you assess your training needs, as well as develop and manage the program, whether it’s training not-for-profit communication staff in filmmaking skills, making podcasts, applying a theatre-based approach to team-building, or incorporating a participatory consultation-based process into creative projects. Our strength lies in bringing together the team (and the skills) that each project needs.
Collaboration
We offer innovative and sustainable outcomes through creative partnerships. Drawing from our pool of creative consultants, Naractiv brings together diverse approaches and skills that can be applied to each body of work we do. Some recent examples include our collaborations with Conflict Resolution Services, Canberra - running nationally accredited Mediation Training, working with the Norwegian Refugee Council on their Drama and Community Engagement project in Northeast Myanmar, and with the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health (NCEPH) at the Australian National University, on a leadership programme for health officials based across the Pacific.

We evaluate our work with you because we want everyone involved to reach their goals and improve the best they can along the way. We also want to measure project outcomes and social impacts, in clear and evidentiary ways. Our approach to evaluation is bespoke, dependent on what works best for your project and what you need to share with your stakeholders.
